diet on igf-1 LR3

hi guy can you tell me what you do with your diet on igf-1 LR3 i have heard you can not put fat on when useing it so eat everything you can i can eat all day so if this is the case i will so i can get max gains without worrying about fat

Eat 2.5-3X your bodt weight in grams of protein

You need them around you w/o for sure, then depending on your metabilism and goal you can adjust them accordingly

would all the meals in the diet while using AAS and IGF-1 include carbs??? just wondering cause some of my meals whether bulking or cutting is a pro/fat meal regardless ie: last meal before i sleep.
