    3 weeks left for cutting diet

    I have a few questions.. my cutting diet is basically the sticky but at about 3000 calories. i have 3 weeks left and cardio is up to par and everything is going great. ( i say 3 weeks but after spring break i have to jump back on the diet for competition in june)

    question 1: Should i cut out anything or just keep going like i am? (maybe 1/2 cup oats in the morning)

    question 2: is one EFA better that the other.. flax vs almonds or NPB

    question 3: Should i try swoles 7 days to get lean program?

    question 4: Should i make pwo 50:25 dex: pro instead of 90:45?

    question 5: Should i stop having 1 cheat meal a week?

    Overall everything is going great i have gone from a bulky 225 to a ripped 205 and feel havent lost any mass as far as i can tell! 5'11 and 19 years old

    keep it high 70/35 is optimum for moderate build person

    question 5: Should i stop having 1 cheat meal a week?
    Just dont go as crazy

    if your going to reduce any calories deduct from the last 2 meals of the day unless one of them is ppwo

    meal 1 (45 minutes after cardio) 9 egg whites/2 slices of turkey breast/ 1/2 cup oats

    meal 2 pro shake/ almonds

    meal 3 1 can tuna/ 2 slices turkey breast mixed in salad with olive oil

    meal 4 pwo 45 grams pro 80 grams dex

    meal 5 ppwo chicken breast / 1/2 cup brown rice

    meal 6 pro shake with flax

    i have lost about 20 lbs with this diet and kept most mass and now i am around 205 with just a little fat around my lower abs

    300 grams protein/ 150 grams carbs/ 45 grams fat

    Diet looks great, and the results sound good too. It's almost identical to my diet... How long has it taken you to drop the 20 lbs??? and what's a typical cheat meal for you?

    i dropped 20 lbs in around 8 weeks... and i have a cheat meal once a week and it is on saturday night.. i always go to the local mexican restaurant and eat a chicken chimichanga and chicken quesadilla with sour cream and the works.. also have the chips and salsa and cheese dip

    another thing i was thinking of changing is to workout 2 hours after meal 3 instead of 1 hour

    not too flame or anything buyt u said ur diet is like 3000 calories adding up your macros its only like 2100 wehre the other 900 coming from other then that diet looks good and good luck im on a similar diet

    i might be wrong but i think its 2100 kcals but i just added up the total cals to get 3000... but kcals are whats important( i may be calculating totally wrong)

    Might wanna try www.fitday.com to track your kcals and it makes it much easier to fine tune everything.

    according to fitday i am at around 2500-2800 cals a day

    what do yall think of eating an additional fat when you are consuming lean round beef steak?

    this is so true, but that could be up to 30 grams fat in a meal if i take them with steak

    its worth it trust me. The improved Fatty acid transportaiont from your EFA's is well worth the extra calories

    just wondering if anyone could help me find (swoles 7 days to get lean program) tried lookin but the guy has like 11000 threads, also im not sure if that is the title of the thread

    You dropped 20 lbs of BF in 8 weeks? ****, that's awesome. Running anything as far as supplements go along with your diet?

    but mainly i am just riding on high test levels at my wonderful age of 19!!!!! i don't know why but i lose weight and maintain muscle easy, alot of props to the diet forum, i give the credit to you guys
