im in week 6 of a 400mg eq and 400mg test e cycle, and normally shoot both on sunday. ran out of eq last week and didnt shoot last sunday, now its thursday, so its been 11 days total. Do i shoot 400 today and 400 on sunday to stay on pace??

tough one, personally i'd shoot as soon as, and then continue to do so every thursday or whenever you choose to do it, i dont really think it matters a whole lot with such a long ester though...best of luck
