Hey guys my 1st cycle will be 500Teste 12 wks w/ novla...thanks to thiss site........My overall goal from now till i cant w.o anymore hopefully when im 70 i want to put on 15 ripped lbs of muscle im 24 5'9 190......so for my cycle diet what should i eat....meaning how would 4500 calories be very clean....

Ex 2 servings of Nlarge per day along with 4 other meals......also is there any other supps i should be on while cycling like creatine,gluta, dextrose etc...??
