Help, guys!!!

Ok, this isnt making since to me, but im not dreaming it up.
My nipps have been real puffy lately, and all im taking is 50mg Var ED and 50mg Winny ED. Im in like week 5, and i wake up this morning and notice a lump. I got on Nolvadex/Arimidex at week 4, to try and knock out the puffiness, but that hasnt worked (60mg Ndex/.5mg Adex). Any suggestions?
Psychologically, its driving me insane! I hate puffiness, and now with this lump, im really trippin.

Maybe you do not have var... or winny... Did you get burned on your purchase? If you think they are real then that is the reason nobody is answering you... It is bull sh!t

Im pretty sure they are real, i have friends taking the same thing as me right now, and no one has had this. Exact same stuff, is it possible my body reacts diffrently? YES.... Now can anyone help me, on what i can do to get rid of the lump?

Var and winny do not convert into estrogen. If you have a lump see a doctor.
