Im 5'9" 195 at 18%bf, currently take 50mcg of synthroid(T4) a day, which i will for the rest of my life. AAS is not an option for me at the moment.
M-F morning cardio (30 min) before work, immedialy after work i do my workout
I believe my daily maintenance calories are 3400, im giong to try to keep it there or closer to 3000
I have some trib and some pro horomones, i would like to keep as much muscle as possible, will this help me while i cut?
and i have a few eca stacks... hydroxycut w/ephedra and I have a bottle of hot rox...
Is there anythign else I could add to speed up the fat burning processs... What do you guys think I could get down to bf% wise in 30 days with just using the hydroxycut or hotrox? would clen and t3 be beneficial to me?
