    finding food cals

    hey guys i am trying to come up with a cutting diet and i need some info if you guys can help. i need to know about or exactly how many cals, protein grams, carbs and fat grams are in the following

    1. brocolli-1 cup=?
    2. avg chicken breast=?
    3. natty peanut butter-1 tablspoon=?
    4.olive oil-1 tablespoon=?
    5. almonds--1cup=?

    i think that should cover it thanx for any info guys

    HEH, it said i was overweight and should go down to between 144 and 189. im at 221 right now lol, and at highest 16% if that bf. Just thought that was funny
