    Coming off ECY

    How long after use of ECY is stopped would it be advisable to take a diuretic to shed water weight? a day? 2? a week?

    drink 2 gallons of water a day uw ont need any diuretics

    I doubt you really drink 2 gallons a day. Buy a gallon jug and fill it up twice during the day, Thats the only way you really know if your drinking 2 gallons. Guesstimating doesnt cut it.

    Is it a one day shoot? How low is your body fat? Are you thinking of OTC or lasix?

    yea its a 1 day shoot for my gym, and i dont have access to lasix so was thinkin of a otc(i know they are not too great) but i have never used one before so i think they will be effective for me

    Taraxatone is supposed to be decent. Timing is everything with diuretics and water retention. You should check around the competition section.
