also take a look at this on the 2nd page swolecat post a sample workout, but it is centered around leg rehabilitation
One could also use that leg re-hab as a means of specializing legs in a workout program as well.

whats with everyone using the word protocol in thread titles?
I think because I started using it around here a lot.
My programs are actually called "protocols", not programs, and I use that term here.
