dnp or t3?
dnp or t3?
DNP spares muscle..so it isnt catabolic at all, or it shouldnt be.
I dont know about T3 though
I wouldn't recommend taking t3 without test, as it is VERY catabolic
would 100mg prop eod be enough to save muscle
For sure.
When you cut on low dose t3, you can spare the vast majority of your muscle with proper diet...
LMO and I have both used it in that fashion..... and I'm currently on it...
did you mean anti-catabolic?
that means it spares muscle. catabolic means it breaks muscle down.

you said it can help you keep muscles when you cut with a low dose? do you just mean it won't tear you up too bad on a low dose?

This is what I said:

Meaning, that PROPER DIET allows you to retain the majority of your muscle, I didn't say that T3 allowed you to!
Also, yes, a lower dose of t3 would be less catabolic than a higher one.
is there any dose of T3 that can be taken without AAS that will burn fat without burning muscle off as well or would that low of a dose not even be significant in lipolysis? Im AAS-free right now and was thinking of doing 12.5 mg ED to help tighten me up a bit. Any comments or suggestions...Thankss
It really depends on your diet, and doing proper cardio (making sure you're not much over 70% MHR)...Originally Posted by Duma

Once you go into the higher dosages (~100mcg/day+) muscle loss will be noticeable even with a proper diet IMO....
