ATW-All the Whey Protein. Its awesome stuff. As for the dextrose its complex carbs. You need the post work out to help you recover.

ATW = All the whey, a brand that makes good quality and fairly good tasting whey protein and is very low cost.
Dextrose is essential for PWO nutrition. Dextrose is essentially powdered glucose. It is used PWO to restore used muscle glycogen and create an insulin spike to help shuttle protein to the muscles worked.

Cool Ill check out all the whey..BTW you guys got a big lots store near you?..Cause I just got a box of 12 Big whey bars for 7 bucks! 30gs protein GNC was next door and wanted like $35

Protein bars for the most part are low quality proteins. You should always try to get your protein from unprocessed sources like chicken, fish or lean beef and if you can't get it from solid foods you should try to use quality powders instead of protein bars.

He's referring to the 'quality' of the protein...
Optimum Nutrition is a good quality whey powder for example...
