I am 6'3" 210 lbs and wanted some feed back on the diet I am running right now.
Breakfast
7 eggs whites
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
glass of Orange Juice
Snack
2 cups of Cottage Cheese(Non Fat)
2 TBSP Flax Oil
Lunch
10 oz of Lean Ground beef
1 cup brown rice
1 piece of fruit (apple or orange)
Snack
2 cups of Cottage Cheese(Non Fat)
4 Servings of Peanuts
PWO
100g Dextrose
50g Whey
Dinner (PPWO)
2 Chicken Breasts
4 oz Whole Wheat pasta
1 cup of Veggies
Before Bed Snack
2.5 Scoops of Casein Protein
4 TBSP Natty Peanut Butter
Maybe should i replace cottage cheese with something else, or is it an ok choice? Thanks![]()
