I'm not sure what you want....but if they are 5mg per pill take 1 every 4 hours. I hope this is not a Dbol only cycle?

are u asking how you should split your d-bol dosage throughout the day or are you asking about taking it on the days you do not workout?

i would split it into two doses but others would split it evenly throughout the day,watever works for u.
