    use of guaifenesin containing ephedrine products is inadvisable, particularly if you take EC prior to workouts. Guaifenesin is a muscle relaxant and adrenergic antagonist, its use prior to workouts will increase the incidence of muscle and tendon related injuries.

    the only good 25mg tabs are by DNE (though they carry both pure and adultered ephedrine- so be sure to get the pure tabs)

    Some states like TX wont allow 25mg tabs anymore. 12.5mgs is the highest per tab.
