injection site inflammed need help

I started injecting 300mg of test e twice a week and every time I inject it I get sore for about 3 days with some swelling and pain.I decided to stop shooting in my glute and started injecting my quad and still swelling and pain.I can barly walk.I need help.

whats ur cycle like bro, if u were runnning it with somehting like deca u could mix the2, also try injecting B-12 along with the test e and what gear ru using.

i assume u tried showering first warming up injection site, warming up gear, injecting SLOW, and throughally massaging the area after injection?

Inject after a hot shower
Warm the liquid in the syringe b4 injecting
Massage 3 min after injection
Inject slowly

Some pain will be normal man... you got a pocket of oil in the muscle. Is it red, itchy or warm? If so you might have an infection in the works. Get some antibiotics if that's the case or see your doctor.

yeah cutting it with B might help if ur running a test cycle only.

I use hot water to heat up the test and I message the inection site for about 5 min.has anyone into there delts mabey that would help me a little.
