They are good bro,I'm using them right now and they are working to bad i had to drop the MG i was taking 75mg great but low back pain(kidneys) now i'm on 50 1 pill a day
my brother is taking 2 a day he got almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks

I had a few laying around and took 1 tab a day for 7 days and I can tell the difference. For sure I added 2 reps to my bechpress. But 7 days is too short. Maybe next time.
