frist cycle ....
500mg test e per week for 10 weeks
nolva ed 10mg
pct: continue nolva and start clomid
should i up the nolva during pct to 20 mg?

im 6'1" i work out 5 days a week , 4500 cal a day , 300 protien 250 prob from meats , 185@7.5%body fat

you should gain 15+lbs easy
but if i were you i'd run the cycle for 12 weeks
inject every 3.5 days @250mg per inject and frontload with your first inject @500mg
this is your first cycle i presume?

yea its my first one. so the first one ya think i shoud do 500mg huh ? what about the nolva? up it at pct?
