    I think it was popular in the early 90's(atleast here in europe) its starts with the words

    Its some kind of like techno beat. I cant decipher the rest of the words and since I cant spell them either it would be pointless to type it out.

    I think he(in german) counts one two, then says polizie then continues to count 4, 5 and says great idea
