syringe mg question

aight i know this has been asked before but everytime i try to figure it out my mind goes blank. i want to pull 300 mg into my syringe. my vial is 250mg/ml. exactly which line should i pull to??? also i need to know the same with 75mg using a 100mg vial. any help is apprieciated.

250/10=25 each line is 25mg then draw to 1,2ml to get 300mg

The tren question i even think a monkey could figure but here goes

100/10=10 each line is 10mg then draw to the 7,5 line to get 75mg

I would suggest sitting in on a 6th grade math class--getting a refresher in fractions and percentages.
