this weight gainer is KILLING ME!!!

i got this wieght gainer from my local GNC !! its called 1850 it tastes like sand and it makes me want to throw up and kill myself !! its so hard to drink ifact im still drinking this **** right now and every gulp i force down and i try hard not to let it go back up!!!! i want to puke BUT I NEED MORE CALORIES to gain wieght cause im on cycle right now!! any suggestions or wieght gainers that dont casue you to puke just thinking about them!!

try adding more liquid if it is to thick, maybe add some friut or ice cream

1) get a good ISOLATE "concentrate" can cuase stomach upset BUT is cheaper

2) then get Glutamine Peptides ( I make EnerG Glutamine Peptides and it really is the best)

3) then gets some dextrose

and to finish it off get Creatine

PS try getting Oat powder and mix it in for slower absorbing carbs either in a mixture with Dextrose or alone

I use a weight gainer called mammoth 2500 by interactive nutrition, and it actually tastes pretty good. Another one you could try is prolab n-large2, its not too bad either.

Anyone remember the original mega-mass? God that was terrible sh*t. I grew off it, but it tasted like dog food mixed with sh*t. Or that's what I imagine it like. No matter what you did to it....sh*t. Thank God for decent tasting drinks nowadays....JC

Those weight gainers are trash usually...low quality protein with tons of sugar added. Just get some whey protein and make up your calories with real food IMO.
