Hmmm I'm not quite sure what an "oatmeal drink" is per se, but you could try putting oatmeal in your PWO shake. I'll do that sometimes for a little extra carbs.Originally Posted by hikw

There was a similar thread like this not long ago I cant find it now but someone suggested measuring out however many oats I wanted and then putting them in a blender to chop them all up really small. I tried it but they all just clumped together couldnt really drink it, might try it again soon though it almost worked.Originally Posted by hikw

Cottage Cheese and Oat Patties
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cup instant oats
1 onion chopped
You can season with salt,pepper,garlic,crushed hot pepper,(any spice you like). You can chop cilantro,parcley and grate chedar cheese into them or for spicy patties add jalapeno jack cheese. Just season with what ever flavor you like because the cottage cheese and oats have no flavor really. You can bake on a cookie sheet with a little olive oil then turn over and brown on other side at about 375 degrees.
