    Lets see those arms

    ok i figured i would put up a post so we could see everybodys guns... and seeing as how i am starting this post i guess i should put a pic up... so here ya go...

    I'm hangin' around 20 right now, although they were bigger in that pic!

    Monster, I just turned 33 last week, been training since the age of 25.

    nice work!!! before trainin were u in pretty good shape naturally anyway...jus hope i look as good in another 6 or 7 years

    Pumped bigrob, I've taken some time to train lighter, get my knees back to about 70%, etc. Being big is no longer my goal, being a walking example of my business (Vizual X-Cellence) is.

    I want people to look at me and think "F*ck, that's how I wanna look, that's perfect".

    Too damm fat and too long a layoff to have much of a peak on the bicep, but the forearms still look halfway decent. Only body part I've trained all this time.
