Jacket potato-tuna and salad with brown rice.

shake+apple Dinner-Chicken breasts and fibulous carbohydrates.
Snack
:milkshake b4 bed.
Ive been training (with rest periods) for 5 years. Inlusive of high cardio via boxing and free weights.Im now 18 stone.Im 6ft 1in tall. Is this enough info to help me?? if not i can provide more. many thanks
