Not to sound impatient, but after 9 days of clen, cardio daily, and lifting 3 times a week is it possible to still see no weight loss or changes. . . as well as being on a very low carb diet? All the side effects are present, but no results yet?

what time of the day and how do you do cardio?
i jog for 25-30 minutes every night
ok you need to start doing that in the am right when you get up before you eat ANYTHING OR DRINK ANYTHING have 5g of glutamine with water only! then wait about 45min after your jog is done to eat anything! then you'll start to see the fat come off! and also check to make sure your in you target heart rate zone, and you should lengthen it to 40-45 min, and yes 9 days is still kinda early to see noticable results! 1.5lbs per week of bf loss is what you want to aim for!
you should also check out the diet forum and read the cutting sticky to make sure you're in check with your diet!
you may be holding water....... increase your water intake .....many people bloat while on and see the pounds come off when they come off and the water comes off
