    1st cycle opinions?

    how does this cycle sound
    Deca 200mg a week
    Test cyp 200mg a week
    nolvadex 20g a day
    sust 250mg week 3-7

    my first cycle height 5'9 weight almost 170

    maybe can do without sust???

    Hmm...why start sust at wk 3? Wouldn't you want to start it at wk 1 so you can take advantage of the fast acting prop?

    cyclwe makes no sense. 170lbs...not that much. I would try to gain more weight naturally.

    anyways, keep it simple for the first cycle. 12 weeks 500mg test e. that s it.

    I agree...
    For how long did u plan the deca and test?

    Save the Deca and Sust for some other cycle and do some more research and natural training.

    agree with latin and XXX,all you need for a 1st cycle is 500mg test,test e is pref for a 1st cycle,and dont forget the pct.

    agree. also, the cyp is good if you already have it but dont do two tests take a higher dose of one or the other.

    def run your dosages higher leave out the sust if only doin for four weeks pointless takes 3-4 weeks to get going.

    friends took this cycle of deca//8 sust//40 ana put on some nice gains on a first cycle with no real side affects

    im about to order some test cyp now so should i just save the deca and anadrol and sust for my next cycle?
