150mgs a week? Most do at least 50 mg a day.

are you spacing that out or just hittin it once?

Most people run 50mg to 100mg everyday depending on experience. I'd say read up a bit more on it or any other substance before ya start doing them.

im spaceing them out eod and i did do research, and 150mg works great for me!!!

So if you do it 50mgs eod, one week would be 200mgs and another 150mgs week. The way i do it is week 1 (mon 50mg, wed 50mg, fri 25mg, sun 25mg)week 2 ( tues 50mg, thur 50mg, sat 50mg . so it all equals to 150 a week.
