Aight man heres my diet that i am on, its not PERFECT, but it works for me, i enjoy it, and its easy. I am trying to cut down my stomach, n cut down body fat, tell me what you think
9:00-2 lean xtrme,3 heatstack,sesathin,multi
930- 3 eggs, 2 pieces of no fat cheese
1100- 3 heat stack
1200-can of tuna n 1 piece of whole wheat
100-3 heat stack
200- grilled chicken, sesathin
400-can of tuna, piece of wheat
WORKOUT
600- PWO
800-either grilled chk or steak/ protein pudding, sesathin
1000- whey protein shake
Well there it is, i know its not perfect, ne one have ne suggestions that would help me improve my fat loss
