Since it spread to back I would say irritation/ inflammation that presses on nerve. Doubt piercing a vein causes back pain, and if you passed
the ribs right into your lung with a harpoon I bet you would we in much worse state, so my bet is inflammation.
Just hope shot was at least clean.
Ibu, hot water, liiiight massage (don´t hurt it more with force).

Tried a pec inject 1 time. Hit a nerve and felt pain and numbness like never before... never again. I'm betting you injected right next to a nerve or something

Too many bigger muscle groups for me to even think about injecting my pecs. Maybe I’m just a plucked pigeon, but fuck that shit. I’d rather go into my neck

Done 100 pec injections now and no nerve or vein nicking, but just thinking of injection in quad and the nerves go haywire...
I recommend never go anything else than insulin needle in pec

I did quads the first 2 years of TRT & cycles and it was great, then all of the sudden I started hitting nerves and have skipped quads for the last 5+ years. Same thing, just thinking about doing it and they start to tighten up. lol
