I am currently lean bulking for about 10 weeks and have a few questions about my diet I will go ahead and post my typical workout day meals so yall will be better able to help me out.

9:00 1 cup egg whites/1scoop whey and 1 cup oats

11:30 2 scoop whey/ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

1:30 Chicken breast/ 1-1.5 cups brown rice

3:50 8 ounce steak or lean hamburger meat/ green veggies

5:50 tuna/1 tbsp mayo and 1/2 tbsp of flax

7:00 workout

8:15 pwo 2 scoops whey/ 80 grams dex

9:15 Chicken breast 1 cup brown rice or 2 sweet potatoes

11:45 Tuna/flax
Bedtime

My main question is for my 2nd carb portion of the day. Would it be better to have carbs for meal 4 or keep it the way i have it. I want to have a pro/fat before workout but i don't know when to have my 2nd carb meal so that it will be most beneficial. Also are the timing of my meals to close together?
