just drink it, doesn't matter.use a syringe to be accurate

drink it straight it doesnt taste that bad and then just wash it down with some juice

make sure you are accurate....i like to use an insulin pin to be real accurate, i dont trust those pumps. But its flavored, so just draw the amount with the slin pin and squirt it in your mouth. Make sure you wash it down, i got lazy a few times and didnt wash it down and my chest burned like a mother****er...hope that helps bro...good luck

start low (dose) to check tolerance and ramp it up. Follow the good advice found here.
