finasteride, when will it kick in

assuming that it worked for you, how long until you noticed a decrease in the number of hairs falling out. i've been taking about 1.75mg for about three weeks and i'm still shedding hair like a dog... for those of you who have used it and found success, what kind of time frame should i be looking at.

It's normal to shed more hair after like 3-4 weeks on fina, this also happened to me but a month or two after that it stopped completely! and now my hair is a lot thicker (after about 5 months) but i'm also using Minoxidil (Rogaine) 5% strength.

I believe it took about six months before I noticed I was losing less hairs. BTW, how are you getting 1.75mg per dose? :spudniklu
