I sit in my desk(right here where i'm sitting now) put my elbow on the desk so that my forearm, wrist and hand(palm down) is resting in front of me. relax your shoulder, stick. It's very hard for me to reach my delt with my arm by my side, so i do it this way^^

thats a good way. I usually rest my arm on the bathroom counter but i am standing. i'll try this next time.

Cause when I'm standing like I did last time my shoulder wasn't relaxed..Plus it'll make it easier to reach and more of a straight shot than angel...Good advice Fitnessguy....

Then I started shooting in my left pec, a fave now (I did the right but got a huge bruise since Im right handed and shot with the left and it sucked)
Tri's are easy as ****e as well
NEVER DONE A GLUTE shot
calves are easy

Quads is the easiest place hands down. Shoulders are pretty easy too but they get more sore afterwards. There are tricks to a smooth inject. Make sure the muscle is warm and massage the spot directly after the shot. Maybe warm the oil up....

Might be a personal thing, or the fact that I homebrew my gear... BUT... to many people make a big thing about injects....

Mine take about 20 seconds from the moment that I pick up the bottle to the time that I toss the needle into my pseudo sharps container.

There will always be some pain, you're puncturing the skin with a metal object, no matter how sharp!... get over it!

I heard prop shots in the quads suck big-time. ive shot in my gluts a couple of times, but i can barely walk for a couple of days afterwards. i heard quads are even worse. im currently shooting in my delts only.
