Is it bad to drink a 6 pack or so on a cheat day while on clen? I mean i know it cant be good, but how bad would that be if your on a low dose (40-80mcg)

Make sure you are hydrated before and after the six pack. It's definitely not good and is detrimental to your goals, but it's not going to physically damage you (except in extreme cases).
