I know this probably has been asked a million times but i cant remember and havent found it in the search but how many drops = 1 ml is it 10?

drops of what? I am confused to what you are trying to measure?

I have liquid clomid 50 mg/ml but its administered with a dropper. I used a syringe to draw it out today but thats to messy.
take a 18g needle and draw it out.

Rule of thumb in chemistry is 15 drops equal 1ml.
20 Drops equal 1 ml (Approx).
For a low viscosity liquids (like water and common solvents) the rule of thumb is that 20 drops equal 1ml. All drops differ in size...The size of a liquid drop will depend on the density of the liquid, its surface tension, the size, shape, and composition of the nozzle, the flow rate ofthe liquid through the nozzle...
That said, one mL is about twenty drops of water from an eyedropper.
I'm not too sure what the viscosity of your clomid solution is...but assuming it is similar to water, go with 20 drops.
Hope this helps.
