My scedule for lifting is very tight right now, i am having to do abs/calves on a day by themselves. What should i do with my pro/dex shake and ppwo meal? still have the dex or not?

bump,
i have a light day also and have wondered this.
also, i train calves very hard with 10-15 sets b/c they are stubburn as h#ll. Abs i train in rep range 15-20.
i have been doing about 25 grams pro and 50 grams dex. and then a normal ppwo meal. Is this a good approach or is the dex not a good idea?
I couldn't do that myself, but try it and see how it serves you over time.
I work calves with a bigger bodypart, same w/abs. I couldn't do those by themselves and then eat pwo meals, I WOULD get fat.

taiboxa suggested to just try and have a ppwo meal about 30 minutes after the workout., i am going to try that instead of chancing fat storage from the dex.Originally Posted by SwoleCat

lord god....
i just read the post about over-flaming
but is it just me or have people people just asking some really gay shit lately?
sorry to get off topic...i've had a low carb day and i'm "grumpy"
but sometimes maybe flaming is warranted
to clarify, i'm not talking about the abs/ calve's PWO question
i'm done.
se.. quit.. or.. wtf is that?Originally Posted by SwoleCat
