HGH injection Question...

I've heard youre not supposed to eat 2 hours before of after an HGH injection. Is this true? If so, why is this so important or is it?

I was told that by my doctor also, had something to do with increasing insulin levels, but I was told to inject 30 mins before breakfast and to stay away from juices

I dont see how that is possible...if you are on a proper diet you should be eating at least every 3 hours so 2 before 2 after is hard to do.
