    Exclamation gettin rid of water from bloat

    i have finished my cycle, and i have a massive water retention..
    do i need to do cardio to loose the water... or will it automantically be gone

    will clen help? LASIX? .... anti e's doesn;t do it for me

    Dont use lasix, that **it could kill you. You piss out all the good stuff along with your water. Are you sure its not some extra fat that a treadmill couldnt cure?

    it;s water... i was lean... before the cycle.. i was fatless...
    dbol deca gave me massive water bloat... i finished my cycle last friday... but there's no sign of less water... i was wondering whether cardio would speed up the process...

    less sodium intake..and drink alot of water this will dilute the sodium level in ur body.

    i couldn't get my hands on arimidex famara letro.. ...
    drinking water, i drank water sooo much... like massssive.... i pee every hr... but my weight is going up!

    What are your stats. Bodyfat percentage specifically if you are lower than 7% too much water will hinder your vascularity and overall appearance.
