What kind of fats and oils should I put with my diet?
Mono unsaturated fatty acids:
-Olive oil
-Nuts
And fish oil
Around 30% while cutting
Flax, Olive, & Fish oil are all I use. Then natty PB, almonds, and red meats.
With every meal??
