yep. cardio.........they come in a big box called the gym.....lol
sorry not to be an ass, but cardio and diet will do way more than
any oc fat burner.

Very true, but an ECA/ECY stack may give you a boost in the fat burning department

did u pick these supplements up at a health store or on the internet (lipo 6 and bolt) doesnt bolt contain creatine and help with muscle recovery
