Can't tell a lot without a few more pics, but you have good traps and a decent chest. Delts definitely could be rounder in my opinion.
look good .try doing side lateral raises for the delts, your traps over power them.

thats alot guys, are there any other exercises that would work my delts better, i guess i have been neglecting them somewhat, id appreciate any other comments, even if there bad

yeah u look pretty good. i would work on droppin a few pounds on ur stomach, and workin bettter on ur delts. i would say 14-15% bf. u look lighter then 210, if ur 5'8, imo.
I know my weight is deceiving i look at myself when i wrestle against kids who weight 215 and i look half there size but my weight is around 210 give or take, ive been trying real hard to lose weight around my stomach but it has been really stubborn i would really like to get that area toned. i want to get my bf down to about 10% do u think this is a reachable goal by july? thanks alot

if u want to get down about 5% bf in about 2 months i think that is possible. but its all how u go about it. u should post ur diet in the diet forum and they'll critique it. and dont forget runnin in the am b4 u eat, this is huge for cutting. good luck
ive always heard about running in the am on an empty stomach, never did it ive always ran in the evening does it really make that much difference
and yeah id have to say most of my mass is in my legs im from ri
yeah it does make a difference. if u run in the morning on an empty stomach, ur body uses the fat u have as energy. if u have food in u it will be burning that.Originally Posted by diezell
