I would read the educational threads and FAQ's, and then ask some questions that are more specific to your situation. I would peresonally run some test as a base. You might want to do some more research..

Do you know what PCT is? Do a search.

Have you heard of "deca dick". Really do a search.

What the f*ck is stem?

Take a few WEEKS (seriously, I am not dissing you, I am trying to help) and cruise this site. Look at the beginners cycles on the home page. Start with one of those.

Hint number one: a cycle is Test + pct, or test + something, then pct.

Do yourself a favor, read some more.
