I've been working out consistently for almost 10 years now. I was never into being huge...just bigger than average and lean. I'm just shy of six feet tall and made it to a peak of 215 pounds before a sports injury kept me out of the gym for quite a while. I'm finally able to really push myself again and I'm not happy with the losses in strength and mass that I've suffered. So, I'm here to try to learn about some things that might help me get back on track a little quicker. Seems like a great place so far.
FYI - I signed up back in December to check on some gear that turned out to be BS. As it turns out, it was for the best because I probably didn't know enough to be screwing around with them anyway. I've been doing some reading over the past few days here, though...found some really good threads.
Anyway, enough blabbing...just wanted to say hello.
