    Subway Chicken Sandwich

    Do you guys think that subway's sands got really what it says nutrition wise, they are saying that the chicken sub footlong has almost 50 g protein. is that true?!!

    if it has about 7oz of chicken in it then probably.

    not sure about 50g's thats alot for fast food style. but it sure is good.

    the chicken breasts they use are pretty damn small so i doubt it too, next time you get one take it home, take the chicken out and weigh it...if you really want to know

    I believe it... the bread alone in a footlong sub has probably 16-20g protein (incomplete proteins)... the cheese will also add to the amount.

    but thier chicken looks weird man, i some times doubt if it's even real.

    Yup, it tastes rubbery. Must likely processed and half-cornstarch.

    my friend works for subway and he got me a huge bag of about 100 chicken breasts. They are so damn good, and I figure if they are that good, they can't be that good for you. They taste really fake and I always felt guilty after eating them.
