What would be an appropriate amound of pro/fat/carbs/calories for somebody who was on a cycle and looking to bulk cleanly? I'm surprised there isn't a sticky for this. Any thoughts?

the bulking sticky would do just fine imo, how much more protein/carbs/fat would you really want to consume?
just b/c you are on cycle doesnt mean you have to overfeed your body, just eat accordingly to what your goals are.

Well I was just spitballing as I have never used any anabolic substances, but I was just curious what most people are trying to go for. I'm 5'9", 190lbs with about 12% bf, so would a 4000 calorie diet at about 45% pro / 35% carb / 20% fat be reasonable?
Maybe a simpler question is in general, how does one's diet change if they are taking anabolics? (I realize there are a lot of different scenarios, so maybe you can use my stats to try to narrow it down. I currently eat 3000 calories cleanly in the ballpark of the percentages listed above.
AAS dont really affect your diet except for the increase in protein synethesis thus upping the protein % of the macro... but all in all it depends on the individual as well as their goals.Originally Posted by boondockSAINT
