I woke up this morning feeling like shit with flu symptoms so I figuered I got test fly. I'm on my third week and ussaly train 5days a week MOn-Fri
HOw long does the test flu ussally LAst? Should I keep training?
Its almost the weekend so I was thinking having THurs Fri Sat and Sun off
that would affect my gains one week of undertraining will it?
