Doesn't it blow bulking, eating and then feeling like your fat rolls are just piling on? I hate that feeling........makes me feel like shit sitting in the office all day eating, even when I'm not hungry, and then feeling like shit. For example, my 2nd meal is cc and almonds/peanuts. Well, instead of like 20 or whatever, today I had like 10 cause I was just not hungry 2.5 hrs after my oats and eggs....maybe it's too much gum, too much coffee, not enough water, etc.
PLUS, I f'd up my back and it almost feels like its pushing on my stomach. Sorry, just a little diet rant.
