Anaboic 2004 book on main site

Has anyone purchased this book and if so do you think it is a useful item to have?

I got it from a friend... its ok, but it seems that info on the net is best since its up-to-date

I have 2004 and it's got good stuff to read and quality pictures in color, i heard 2005 is just a couple of new pages but nothing to different..

Think thats what I will do seeing as I just priced my next cycle and WOW am I going to need that extra 50 bucks.
