Arimidex/caber (AI/serm) dosing... when to take?

just a basic question bros...

I am taking Adex .5 mg eod (and possibly caber) with my current cycle of Test@50 mg ed/Tren @ 50mg ed/ Var @ 60mg ed.....

I take the test/tren shot first thing in morning upon waking up and I also pop 30mg Var first thing in morning as well....

Anyway... is it ok to take the .5mg Adex together along with my Var... or do I need to space apart the Adex and Var?

I guess the bottom line is.. do Serms and AI's need to be taken seperately from other AAS orals?

thanks for the reply, but it is not really a basic question... Every drug has some possible type contraindication and I just want to avoid any possible negative/diminishing return effects...

Im doing a similar cycle (prop 150 EOD/ 50mg Var ED), and taking .5mg EOD Anastozle (arimidex). I started taking it at night before i got to bed because i felt it was giving me a headache. Since ive been doing that, no more headaches and the next day i am fine.
