Finished a bulk cylce couple weeks ago. Im not necessarily trying to cut, but I am trying to lean out a bit. I'd try to get my diet in check before I start to add cardio and cut.
I use the IDS sports whey isolate, which tastes great with water, and is low carb.
Here is of how I've been eating.
9:30AM- 1 cup rolled oats made with water and equal as sweetener. 2 scoops whey w/water.
Noon- golden delicious apple
Fructose is a poopy carb . 3 scoops whey w/water. all this whey is NOT ideal way to many shakes real food would be so much more beneficial, and your macros for this meal suck
3pm -2 cans tuna w/mustard. 1 cup of spinach w/salt + peppar.
Need good fats here like flax
6pm - top round steak w/ cajun spices. 1 cup spinach w/salt + peppar.
7:30pm-8:30 train. 2 scoops whey w/banana
banana is not a good pwo carb as compared dextrose or maltodextrose
you didnt read stickies tisk tisk blended in right after training.
9:30- steak or chicken with green veggie.
NOT A GOOD PPWO either. A fatty protein w/ no high GI carb? 2 nono's, need lean protein and high GI complex or starchy carb i.e. potato/yam/rice etc.
