I typically take my tribulus at night right before bed. I know that sleep is the most anabolic time, so it would make sense to want test production the highest during this time period. I have heard people say they can "feel" the effects of true protein's trib about an hour and a half after they take it though, so I am wondering if it is beneficial to lifting if I took it an hour or so prior to the gym. I searched and could not find any previous posts on this, so any comments and facts are welcomed by anybody who supplements tribulus.
